The ISOTHERM Pwr ® Plant is a package, including reactor, boiler and all ancillary systems such as a feed input section, cooling and steam recovery systems, a gas re-circulation blower, a thermal moderator, a fume post-treatment line and an analytical system. The plant also includes a real-time system for gas analysis, coupled with the control system and optimization software.
Given the efficiency of the process due to reactor performance, the ancillary systems are small in size, enabling a skid-mounted arrangement. All parts have direct-control equipment and connections for remote control.
The base ISOTHERM Pwr ® plant is a module with a nominal capacity of 15 MW. Nominal Capacity of the ISOTHERM Pwr ® is the heat transfer capacity of the boiler.
